"Our holiday home is a 3 bedroom, 8 berth 2009 Atlas Topaz Super with a huge extended balcony. Situated on one on of the loveliest spots on the site, we enjoy extra room between each caravan whilst remaining close to the Parks superb amenities. There is a flower garden along the side of the balcony which makes it all look very pretty. Through the full length front windows you get great views over Filey Bay and the North Sea. The caravan is only let for part of the year and is very well loved and cared for which is reflected in both it's cleanliness and the quality of the extras included. We have:- * 32" LCD TV * HDMI DVD Player and over 100 DVDs * A Playstation 2 with two controllers and over 30 games , * DAB Radio * SKY TV HD box with all packages except Movies and Sport (which can be added). The SKY Box also has a a Hard Drive so you can go out and enjoy yourself on the night and catch up with the TV you missed next day whilst relaxing. |

Inside the caravan is very modern in layout. It has an open main living area with two sofas and bean bags, the kitchen is also modern and has oven, fridge, freezer, grill, toaster, extractor fan etc. The shower room is connected to the main bedroom and can be made en-suite by locking the outside door as there is also a separate toilet. Everyone who stays loves the spacious powerful shower as our central heating and water is powered by a good quality domestic combi boiler. The Master bedroom has a top of the range memory mattress in a beautifully laid out room with loads of storage space in the built in cupboards. The other two rooms are also spacious and the main sofa in the lounge pulls out into a very comfortable double bed. Each room has central heated radiators in them Outside there is a huge extended balcony with seating for eight plus two deck chairs, an outside dining table and umbrella, and a larger than usual grassed play area to side with fencing to avoid vehicular access. The balcony is extended so that you can sit in the sun in the mroning on the front and in the evening at the side. At the right time of the year we have still being sat with sunshine at 9:30 at night! We also provide an outside box which is packed with all sorts of outside games for kids and stuff for the beach. The caravan is professionally cleaned prior to arrival and the gas is automatically checked to ensure it won't run out. BEDS ARE MADE ON ARRIVAL EARLY CHECK-IN 12:00 Noon Our caravan is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed. Payment We accept payment by PayPal. We do not take debit/credit cards except through Paypal. Entertainment passes are bought separately on arrival Booking can only be confirmed when deposit payment of £100 is received.
